Legal Primer: Understanding Liability

Liability conjures up many unpleasant thoughts; add minors to the mix and many would simply prefer to avoid the situation. This session is designed to help participants understand what liability is, and to what degree they are liable in an outside the classroom program. Advice on how to limit liability will also be discussed.
