The
conference fee includes the following meals: Monday breakfast, lunch and
dinner, Tuesday breakfast and lunch. Refreshment and snacks are also included. Prices
do not include tax. GST (5%) will be added to all prices.
Policy
Cancellations received
in writing by April 30th, 2010 will be refunded in full less a 25% cancellation
fee. Cancellations received after April 30th, 2010 will receive a 75% credit
towards next year's conference. The organizers reserve the right to cancel this
conference due to insufficient registration and will be responsible for
refunding conference fees only. Enclose your full payment of conference fees by
credit card, cheque or money order payable to "Algonquin College".
Invoicing and Purchase Orders
Registrations requesting
Invoices or POs will be accepted until April 30th, 2010. Submissions
after this date must include payment in full.
SHSM Funding
Algonquin College has obtained funding to
assist participants attending the conference for the purposes of supporting
SHSM program development at their boards. This funding was made available
through PASS (Partnering to Articulate Student Success)
which is a SCWI (School/ College/ Work
Initiative). Find out if you are eligible . Funding is
limited and will be distributed on a first come first served basis.
