Educational Outreach Consultant. Her role is to raise the level of awareness of
the health and safety resources that support Ontario curriculum expectations. Previously, Tish has served as a Director of the Ontario
Cooperative Education Association (OCEA) and has trained teachers on behalf of the
Ministry of Education on Coop policies across the province.

Murray is the Chair of the Business, Technology and Outdoor Training
department of Algonquin College. He oversees the popular Adventure
Guide and Adventure Naturalist programs that run out of the Pembroke
Campus. Before moving on to education Murray Kyte practiced law for
five years in Renfrew County.

Fred has been involved in search and rescue for over 40 years. Over the past fifteen, he has trained more than 1000 people in wilderness skills, and has led many searches. He works closely with the Ontario Provincial Police throughout Ontario and is a certified OPP Instructor for Search and Rescue. In 1996, Fred was appointed a member of the Order of Canada for volunteer service. Blackstein is often a guest speaker at Algonquin College where he works with Forestry and Adventure Naturalist students about wilderness skills.
